King Henry the VIII

 

henry 8thHenry the 8th was born in 1491 and he died in 1547. He was the farther of Queen Elizabeth I.

He also had 6 wives, but two of them where beheaded for doing unnecessary things in his absence. He became the king of England and Wales at the age of 18. He enjoyed music and dancing and he was good at sports. Henry wanted a son to take over his thrown but only his 3rd wife gave birth to a boy. When he was a boy he had a fool to amuse him when he was bored of his books. Henry was told how to play jousting and other sports such as archery. He is one of the most famous people in England and we still learn about him in school.
